I like my job a whole lot. But if I want to get to 6 figures someday I'm going to have to start putting in like 55 or 60 hours a week. I'll need to decide somewhat soon if I'm happy with 45 hours a week for less $, or do I want to give up my personal life for the financial security.

Work/life balance is very important to me. That's going to be a huge decision in the next few years for me. Probably a lot of people here are in a similar boat: do I want to make more money but have no time, or do I want the time with just enough money. Supporting spouse and kids enters the equation at some point, and that makes the decision even harder.
