Re: Schedule!!!
we have the early bye and 3 consecutive road games including playing you at home after your bye. the only good thing is that we have 5 of the last 7 at home and the final 2 at home that's the best I can see also that by the final 4 weeks NO, Det and probably Phi will be out of playoff contention and should be easy.

My thoughts on the 2006 schedule
ok soo as i was sitting here at work not doing much i decided to give my imput on the schedule..keep in mind i am not making any outcome predicitons,,this are just thoughts on some of the games
- 1st off the game that stands out the most or should i say games(2) is dallas,, im sure you guys agree,, that was the 1st thing i looked at when the schedule was released, this will deff be our most nerve wrecking games of the season, just because we all know our love for dallas hah,, and how our improved offense/defense will match up against tuna and basically terrell ownes because thats how low dallas has sunk,, not having anyone worth mentioning it is understandable why they have brought that scumbag in.. but i do love his tds celebrations lol. - the next games that i looked at were the games with giants,, now this is ONLY if lavar signs with them,, and by the way it looks it will happen soon,, this will be the most emotional games for the skins,, i was talking to rebecca (VDubbLuv) about this and she agreed.. for a lot of fans i dont think it has sunk in that lavar is gone and he is not coming back and the worst part is that he will sign with a rival divison team,, and that is sad,, yes he does love the fans and the community and vice versa but he is also doing this to get back at the skins coaching staff, something along the lines " you should have payed me what i was worth and keep me on the team,, now im gonna show you how good i am and make you guys suffer by signing with a rival team",, now the emotional part will be once lavar walks on that stadium on game day NOT wearing a skins uniform, i dont know what to expect, will i hate him, will i still love the guy,, i mean come on he has been the face of the skins and has stuck with us through the good and bad times,, i think that the 1st game we play the giants most fans will cheer him on but thats where the love for lavar will end. - now for some of the more fun/intense games that i wanna see is the matchup between the skins and the colts,, it will deff be a good gome,,too bad its not at fedex field,, the other game is the one at tampa... ohhh did i mention how much i hate tampa haha.. well i do and after the ass whooping we gave them in the playoffs this will be a SWEEET game because they will be looking for payback. the game with panthers should be really good,, they really good (*steeeeeve smith) and it will be funny to basically send keyshawn johnson the message that no matter what team he plays for he will still loose to the skins.. that msg will be transmited by our lovely seaaaan beastman taylor.. ahhhh and i cant forget the game with atlanta,, now that they have ALOT going on for them,, simply that its always fun to watch michael vick. - the rest of the games not that important in the sense that the teams are not worth talking about based on the performances they had last season, yes philly will be that bad,, i dont care how healthy mr chunky mcnabb is,, no T.O. means nooo playoffs. - the vikings game meehhh without culpepper and moss that team is crap, what they had last season with brad was lucky. - im not even gonna bother with the Texans game, all the reggie bushes in the world wont help that team - the one with titans should be weeird since i guess there will be no more steve mcnair - Saints game well they got Brees soo there could be a somewhat of a game and the rams ? welll the rams are the rams soo we can just leve it at that.. soo yeah it looks like we have a pretty tought schedule,, and you know that nfc east is going to be brutal this season but the skins will represent because this is after all Redskins Country!!

I think it's good for us to play DAL early. Believe me, they won't have it together by then.

For the Colts to make the playoffs, that defense will have to be better than it was this year. Call me crazy, but with a lot of people predicting a loss right before the bye week, I'd be SHOCKED if we don't win a close one there. Also, I think it's a great thing that we get them after their bye week. Although teams tend to get hot in the games to follow a bye, the week after is usually a tough week to win.
