I don't think that you can argue that Fed-Ex is a tough place to play. Besides the Dallas game last year, I can't think of many games where there was electricity.

Doc Walker on many occasions has pointed out that the stadium is focused on marketing instead of being a hostile enviornment. I believe that the home games are beginning to give them an edge but you don't lose games to teams like the 2005 Raiders and claim to have a true home field advantage.
