$3.19 is as low as I've seen it around my way. Most places are in the low $3.20's

The Exxon and Wawa nearest to me is $3.11. However, the Frederick Costco is selling it for $2.92. Supposedly there was a huge line over the weekend, many deep, and long wait times.
