Any team, no matter what personel they have, could not pass on a talent like Bush. They could trade Davis for a 2nd or 3rd, or keep both. Texans do have a lot of needs, that could be addressed if they would trade the #1 pick, but not when someone of Bush's talent. I have never seen a player come from college with as much talent as he has.
