Ron Mexico was the alias that Michael Vick used when getting treatment and testing for herpes (which he allegedly gave to an unsuspecting female). The NFL put the kibosh on Falcons jerseys with the name "Ron Mexico" on the back...but they cant stop a t-shirt company!

So, nothing to do with the Skins, just funny.
