F... Smokers Driving in Front of You

In California there pretty strict about cig butts. If you throw your butt out the window and a cop sees you. 95% of the time your going to get a littering ticket. And not only do you pay a fine. You spend a weekend wearing an orange jacket picking up trash on the freeway.
You can't even smoke on most of the beaches now. Forget about inside a bar or restaurant. That's a big no no. And it has been for about 10 yrs.
It's really not that big of a deal. If you want to.Just go out front and smoke.
It's fun when my friends and I go back east they all trip out that you can still smoke in restraunts and bars. It just doesn't feel right to them anymore.
Just wait the laws will work there way back east.
But then again Virgina grows there share of tabbacco. So you guys might be screwd for a while.
