Wow...
Susan sits right next to me and is really a nice lady. Her personality is a little dry, and if you're only meeting her for a few hours I could see how you could think that she's snobby.... I thought the same thing when I met her. I don't know what she did to turn you off to the dealership that much, but if you want to get another car from here just let me know... you can deal with me instead lol.
