My question is why didnt EDGE get this when he petitioned the league for number 5 also I believe.

If this is true -- and I really hope it's not -- I could see this change coming. It was only a matter of time.

It really started with Keyshawn Johnson getting #19. Before that WRs always had numbers in the 80s. Then Larry Fitzgerald got #11, so did Roy Williams of the Lions ... and on and on it will continue.

I don't like this one bit.
