Worst customer service - At Wendy's.

I don't know what it is, but it seems like each manager at Wendy's somehow manages to find the most ignorant, retarded inbreds this side of West Virginia to work for them.

Best customer service - Sprint

Not that they are particularly friendly, you can just make threats and they'll give you anything you want.

Fast food places in general are pretty horrible.

I had a very bad experience w/ sprint. they over charged me one billing period by like 300 dollars. i paid what the bill should have been and after talking to them about it over the phone they told me i would have to pay the entire amount or risk having my service discontinued. i didnt have the extra money so they cut my service off and charged me the cancellation fee. they told me that if i wanted to dipute it i would have to pay the amount that they said i owed and then they would investigate it further.these charges were false but i still got stuck with the fee and they told me that it was my fault and i should have just paid it and then disputed it.

on a good note i have recently recieved a class action lawsuit notice regarding this matter and i will definetly be participating

too bad all your lost money is going to go straight to the lawyers they're the only winners in class action suits for trivial (sub million dollar per) claims.

it says all i can recieve is long distance calling cards or credit to my current bill.since i wouldnt be caught dead with sprint service again it looks as if i will be making alot of long distance calls for free
