This is probably the most retarded thing I have ever seen. I really hope this case is thrown out. Honestly at times like these, it really does seem a British "common sense" judicial approach makes sense. This case would be thrown out immediately, and this guy would probably be fined for wasted court funds (ex. "hot coffee" case in England).
