If you can't keep first rounders (thats a weird rule), there is no benefit to drafting Bush in the first round. In fact, because of that rule, you really can't pick him. If you have a chance to get a top of the line QB at #10 do it (assuming that the top tier RBs are gone), but if Manning, Brady, and Palmer are gone, I'd take the best available RB or Antonio Gates.

The fact that you don't pick again for 20 more picks is the key to this draft. You really have to get a great compliment to Portis here. Keep Boldin and try to draft someone better than Dunn.
