There will actually be no bridge in the physical sense. Chuck Norris will just stand on the bank of the river and when a person/car/semi-tractor trailer/herd of wild elephants wants to cross he will simply roundhouse kick them to the other side for a small toll.
What happens when they want to cross back over you ask? Don't you know that The Chuck can walk on water? The death toll is going to be through the roof. It's gonna be a bloodbath.
