No I'm not a State Farm policy holder but I am in the insurance business. The policy holders don't have any say in how they operate but from what I have seen from them over the years is that they are a pretty fair company. That does not mean that they don't make mistakes because any company of that size will. They did not become the largest personal lines Co. by treating their customers poorly.
