If he is as good as he is said to be you can see him being a QB coach under saunders in the future. I mean, i don't know his skills as a coach but gibbs says he is crucial to campbell's development and i am sure he could do a hell of a job with the information he knows.

Ugh. What do we do about the backups? They were awful. No one on the OL can get hurt.

I was thinking the same thing. This thread says serves as much to illustrate the deficiencies of Collins as it does the woeful performance of the backup O-linemen. About the only thing they did worse than pass block was run block. Carter, Cartwright and Broughton ran into a wall of surging defensive linemen. Atrocious.

The top two vets who are expected to backup the starting five are Tyson Walter and Mike Pucillo. Those are the two to keep your eye on. God help us if there are more than two injuries at any given point in the season.

out of curiosity, did jason campbell run under the same back-up o-line?
