farris' work on special teams might just let him slip on by. Jimmy is a gangster too. Last year, before a game, i am pretty sure he came out of a maybach and he came by with chains down to his stomach and lots of baggy cloths. He is the man.

i have yet to understand how he bought that car. i got to say i am 99% sure that was him. What happens is you stand outside of the lot and they go in. When they go in you peak through the windows. So i was sure i saw him in there and then a few minutes later he was walking out of the lot.

I'm sure it was one of the kit cars based on a Fiero. You can make a Fiero into a Lambo, a Ferrari or anything you want with the right kit.

Hmm, a bust second rounder for a bust 1st rounder. I'd say its pretty much a wash.

Re: Taylor Jacobs Traded

I'm I in the twilight zone? Did we actually find a sucker to take TJ off of our hands and give us something else, albeit questionable something else?

TJ we hardly knew you, saw you in action, you were, as fate would have it, a bust by all accounts but at least you stuck around 4 years. That counts for something I guess.

p.s. My god, those 49'er fans are gushing over TJ. Has anyone posted the infamous TJ quote over there yet?

HEEEY. Post me the link to their forum. I wanted to scan in the picture of my autographed Taylor Jacobs rookie card. I want to see if they'd pay anything for it.

Re: Taylor Jacobs Traded

I'll say that I NEVER saw Taylor Jacobs seem to give a CRAP about any play he was involved in. Not like Cooley, Portis, Riggins, Monk, Clark, Sellers, Darrell Green , etc. Jacobs is another shoulda could woulda....
Very much like Cliff Russell!!!
You skins madden folks know what I'm talking about!!!

Re: Taylor Jacobs Traded

nfl coaching is all about ego. we think our coaching can turn around a former #1 pick and the niners feel the same way about jacobs. for one reason or another, the niners feel jacobs didnt get a fair shake here. and our coaching staff feels with some work we have ourselfs a serviceable #3 or #4 corner. if i was k wright i would be really worried that the skins are reaching to find someone. they should have traded jacobs for walt harris. he did have a couple of good games last year. then the board would have its new, old whipping boy
