Thrash stays. If nothing else, the effort after the catch last night. He frequently has been the open receiver when the QB is under pressure (i.e. he knows when and how to come back) and gets the first-down yardage. Never makes mistakes.

Patten: I don't know what's happening. Maybe making sure he doesn't get injured in the preseason?

6 vs. 5 WRs on the roster. Gibbs usually goes with 5, but look what happened last year. He might try 6 instead. (And what does Saunders do?)
