Hypothetical situation, that I really really hope doesn't happen: Everything goes wrong for the Skins, they wind up with a top 10 draft pick. Everything goes right for Denver, they get the 32nd pick. Under this deal, Denver gets that top ten pick, Skins get the 32nd.

Result: Skins give Broncos 2007 3rd and 2008 4th.

There is a bit more to the deal than that, but it's the simple version.

In the reports i have seen i did NOT see the word SWAP. This is the a quote from the report i saw.

"The report said that Denver will receive Washington's first- and third-round picks if the Redskins finish with a worse record than the Broncos this season. If Washington finishes with a better record, Denver would receive third- and fourth-round picks. "
Show me where you see SWAP in there.
