Starting to worry about the future?

I'm more worried about hooskins' Beer Pong Table.

We had a 34 year old TE and a 34 year old QB added as free agents this year, and the average age of our new players was still on the springy side of 30. This team has good young roots, we just didn't draft them.

I've analysed drafts of successful teams on this site before. The Redskins aren't the only team who has middling success in the draft. Remember, when Tom Brady got drafted in the 6th round, there were 35 other players drafted (thanks to supplemental picks). No one ever mentions them when extolling the virtues of low draft picks.
