United ties Real Madrid

Seattle Friendly

Granted, United has been playing for a while and Real hasn't even started their season... but this is still pretty good!

Yeah I was watching the game, Real dominated second half, but still we played well overall.

Re: United ties Real Madrid

I thought it was a great game. We slowed down in the second half, but we still stopped some amazing players from scoring. Perkins looked solid all game, and our goal was amazing. The perfect way to respond to theirs. Pretty ironic that within a week we tied Real Madrid but lost to Real Salt Lake...

Even if it's only symbolic, it's a nice win.

Re: United ties Real Madrid

real subbed players, united doesn't have the depth to keep up with its second string. They were fighting fresh legs and that's why they were so tired

still nice to beat manchester and tie real madrid. 200mill$ rosters vs 46 cent ones.

MLS all-stars, featuring basically the entire DC United roster, as well as its coach.

Re: United ties Real Madrid

Actually, beating Chelsea is more impressive than beating ManU right now.
