I have to be honest if you aren't in a marked car and you are a cop don't get mad when people don't want to pull over. You better call back up immediately. Alot of freaks go around pulling people over with fake badges in umarked vehicle and rob them and rape women and shit.

Cops need to realize times have changed and you aren't ricardo tubbs so call back up and don't do this. It pretty much makes the police dept look like shit.
