Portis Interview 9/9

[scowan]

I just have to post again because I am so excited about Portis's interview today!!! Portis will play, AND he will start! Why, if he is available, would he back up anyone? What is that all about. Is Gibbs throwing a bone to Betts? All this injury stuff is BS. Shawn Springs is the only guy we won't see on the field on Monday!

I think that the skins have game planned for Betts to be in the game. Portis got well enough to have some plays scripted for him and his talents and Gibbs is just so worried about every game that he really wants Portis available. If we go up a couple of TDs, we probably won't see any more Portis till Dallas. If Betts is not effective and we fall behind, expect to see lots of Portis.
