Did it ever occur to you that the people behind you may be a. elderly, b. tired, or c. just don't freaking want to stand up just because you are? If you know what to expect at FedEx then why are you surprised that you are getting hell from people when you stand up? Finally, to use your logic, If you want to stand up for the entire game then go to a bar and watch it there. The beer is cheaper and there aren't all of those SEATS getting in your way. Plus the enrty fee is a lot cheaper.

If you want to sit in a quiet place to watch the game, STAY HOME.

It's a football game! It's supposed to be loud and exciting.

I was at an O's and Yankees game a month ago and even though I wasn't a fan of either team (my wife is from NY and a big Yankees fan, so this was cheaper and easier than driving to the Bronx to see the Yankees), but when the home crowd stood up for the entire last inning, we stood up too without whining.

If you're so old or sleepy that you can't handle the atmosphere, don't go and poop on the party.
