Well he is the owner but I don't think he's going out there telling Gibbs who he has to keep and has to get rid of. My whole thing is, why is it that no one can let go of what happened when he first got here. It's almost as if I would say back in February of 1983 "Well sure Gibbs won the Super Bowl, but he started 0-5 so what good is he really?"

I mean the guy is making the effort to put the best product on the field, at least I believe so. And I think others would agree. No one will be satisfied until he wins multiple Super Bowls, even then it won't be enough for most.

I've seen a huge difference in Snyder now as opposed to what he was when he first took over ownership. Snyder had to learn the hard way in that 2000 season, and you don't get rich being dumb.
