Re: Just What The Doctor Ordered?

Well, I think the schedule gods were defintley nice to us here. Cause here's how I see it...

If we have to play like the Colts go to 0-3; you mine as well pack it in now. We might be able to beat up on the Texans and gain some confidence here, so theres no team i'd rather be playing this week...that being said, the way we've played nothing is gaurnteed.

one can only hope. I'd like to see some signs of life. IF brunell can't get it done against the texans, it's officially time to move on.

A win is a stretch at this juncture. I'd be ecstatic.

Re: Just What The Doctor Ordered?

well the texans were the worst team in football last year, and hopefully we'll have springs back for this game, which would be a catalyst for our defense, and hopefully portis back for our offense as well. If both guys are back, i could definitely see something along the lines of the SF blowout last year, but if they are both out again, I could definitely see us lose to the texans.

I think Washington will win, but they'll just squeak by. 17-13, and that's IF Portis plays.

it possible but i'd like to believe that there offense will be a lot better and deffense will dominate.

but i will say watch out for andre johnson, he is a playmaker

Good news for us

Their LT is out for the year and I guess their backup isn't too good... the Jags fans are sending condolences to the Texans re: Salaam.

If we don't generate any kind of pass rush this weekend, something is definitely wrong.

It definetly comes at the right time, no doubt. My feeling is that the D is going to just unload on the Texans, and that the offense will be balanced and much more efficient. The main thing is, if we win will we be able to take that momentum and turn the season around?

If we lose, ugh... but that may be the end of Brunnell.

their LT was a rookie LG that i wish we had taken for depth (and as an upgrade to dockery when he was ready).

If Carter does not get a sack in this game they should cut him.

Seriously, why don't they put Phillip Daniels on the left tackle? Daniels was decent last year.

Kyle Turley abused Williams. Samuels will do the same.
