I really like Cooley. The problem is I watched him play in person this last weekend and his blocking was very weak. No it sucked!
Maybe he is hurt, I do not know? But he was terrible on Sunday and I think because he is a very popular player he is not going to get put down like some of the other players. It wasn't on a play or two that he wimped out, he did not make a single block worth writing about and he was in almost every offensive running play. I was shocked at how terrible a blocker he was on Sunday. All of this against a very weak defense. How is going to play against a strong defense? If he is going to continue being a blocker he is jus going to be a liability.
Gibbs needs to adjust the way he is using Cooley.
