Carlos Rogers is much much better than many Redskin fans realize. He has forgotten to turn around and make a play on a few deep balls this year and he doesn't have very good hands, but otherwise he can really play football. Young CB's have one of the hardest jobs and adjustments in the NFL and he is pretty darn good already. Sure he needs to improve in many ways but he is 1 on 1 in man more often than not over the last three games. He is a cover corner no question IMO.
