Interesting.
So, our players call out Gibbs all the time, and in turn, Gibbs has to bench players halfway through games for undermining his authoriti? Maybe he's talking about how the team was back in 2000 or possibly under the Ole Ball Coach, because that really hasn't described this team since then.
