That's me too, medium rare. Rare's a little too much for me. That's like walking by the fire in the hall without even saying hello, pretty much just a headnod acknowledging that the fire exists.

I like rare. Matter of fact I like rare so much that I think, if it was a hot day... say 104, and I saw a cow with a bald spot..... I would probally take a bite.
