I know I shouldn't be one to talk about setting examples because of my little uproar last night, but I would think a Mod would not jump all over a newb, but instead tell him what to do and tell other members not to be harsh IMO.

I didn't personally attack him, please show me where I did that.

I simply pointed out that newbies shouldn't jump right in and start posting and instead need to do some research first.
