Oh sure, bring in somebody else mid-season and let him adjust to the playbook on the fly while expecting miracles. And the fact that you can get him cheap -- you get what you overpay for.

No, no, no. Enough change, keep what we have and work with that. The season is bad enough, no need to pay tons of money this season, it is pointless.
