In Gibbs defense, what we see on Redskins.com and the press conferences aren't likely what the team sees behind closed doors.

One time on the Dan Patrick Show, Joe Theismann recalled a day in the film room after a loss. Taking note of the players not being particularly interested in what Gibbs was saying, he took his fist and smashed it through the glass top of the overhead projector.
