I would love to see JC be our qb of the future...

However, from all of the info coming from players on the team he is not ready/comfortable in the system etc. They are the ones along w/ the coaches that should know. For example, on the John Riggins show they have had on Sellers & Lloyd recently who have said Brunell is our guy. If he should go down, then its Collins that should play, not JC. I'm paraphrasing here of course. They said JC is improving....etc etc.

Now if we rewind to our draft, alot of pro scouts were suprised at how high JC went. I heard from a couple that said JC is a long long way from being a nfl qb. They called him a "project." Lots of scouts have been wrong before and let's hope they are wrong about JC.

So as much as i would like to see JC step in work a miracle, i just don't see that happening. I do trust the coaches on this one. I just don't think we have any better alternative besides MB at this point. Time will tell if our scouting dept dropped the ball on this one.
