Look, the Redskins are still in the playoff hunt until they lose seven or eight games. Jason Cambell willcome in at that time. Joe Gibbs is not an idiot. Brunnell cannot play defense and offense. They scored three touch downs in the third quarter. We dont have the talent in the secondary. We also dont have alot of talent on the defensive line, and we need a good weakside linbacker. Infact, we may need a better middle linebacker.

Yeah, but Brunell led us to ZERO second-half points until late in the game when it long was over. Campbell could have started out 2-5 and at least had seven games under his belt. Do you think a team playing like we are has any shot at the playoffs?

Finally someone else realizes that we are weak at LB. Marshall is not as good as he was last year. Rocky needs some time and Holdman is a joke.

Here is my offseason checklist (yes, the season is officially over).

Sign a real GM and I only want a guy who will tell Napoleon to stick to marketing and tell Joe to stick to coaching.

IMO our draft should be 3 positions only not necessarily in this order. One LB (two if there is a "can't miss"), DL, and OL. That's it.

Free Agency: Sign a veteran QB (maybe Trent Green) to start or compete with Campbell. Sign a Corner maybe a cover safety. The only players they need on offense are linemen. I wouldn't even sign Betts to a big deal. Runningbacks grow on trees. No more big splashes unless it is a high profile corner, only quality depth and plenty of it.

our MLB is fine, khary campbell (lemar's backup) played this game and he's terrible though. if we wanted a better MLB, then why didn't we pay pierce, who could not only play, but was already on the team and knew the defense? lemar is 30 right now and will need to be replaced at some point, but that's seriously not as important as QB, DL, OL, DB, or OLB.

with this defense, the playoff are already dead and gone.
