For some reason I agree with Tafkas.....Gibbs may not seem like a disciplinarian, but behind closed doors I'm sure he tightens up the ship if that needs done. I remember on a few occassions where Williams has said that behind closed doors Gibbs is a different person. There is no way in Hell that Gibbs has been as successful as he's been without having his players and drivers disciplined. That golly geez type attitude is not always present I guarantee. We don't need Williams to kick us in the ass.....stay with Gibbs for his 5 years.....good or bad. Then if Williams wants to take over and we give him the job....great.
