I like the trade, but I don't think this is exactly a "slam-dunk".
I agree that addai is the man in indy, and he'll get more touches ... but williams was doing more than foster, before he was injured, and foster has like a 3.8 yards per carry avg. That said, I'd do it if you're desperate for a RB ... if addai will sit on your bench, then maybe you should wait for williams and hope he blows up when you're in the playoffs.
