I was at that Giants game last Christmas Eve and thought about Shockey's play after reading about Whitten's lapse in concentration!!! The beauty of Shockey's lapse was that it was plain to see from the stadium, allowing me mock a guy wearing a Shockey jersey for rooting on a quitter ;-)
