Nah, I hear there is a HUGE demand right now for 90,000+ seat stadiums. Snyder could put an ad in the paper, hold an open house, he'll have it sold by lunchtime!!!

How old is FedEx? The jets wanted a stadium on the West Side of Manhattan that never happened. I am unfamiliar with the local politics of DC, but I can't imagine this would be an easy thing to get done.
