What's the worst sports related injury you've ever had?

Oh yeah, and one time I did some X with my cousin and went walking around some strange neighborhood in Bealeton VA we didn't know anyone there... and we picked up all these Cacti (pl version of cactus?) with our bare hands thinking we weren't getting stuck...

We were. Then later I peed outside and got prickers on my shaft and that was excruciating...(sp?)
