I believe that it is a rule. The #2 has to be hurt before the #3 can enter. The #1 is killing me - thats gotta count for something

yes, it is a rule...in fact if Campbell comes in...then you can't play Collins and Brunell in the same again.

No, it's just a per game rule. Campbell needs to be moved up the depth chart to #2...or #1 to see any action this year. Period.
