Fire Gregg Williams and Al Saunders

I don't think there's a reason to come out and start firing coaches. However, Brian Mitchell made an interesting point on Redskins Post Game Live. He said that it's time for Gibbs to start laying into guys. He said he was sick of hearing Gibbs blame losses on himself when the team's not playhing well and are making bonehead mistakes. He shared a story about one time when he showed up late to a meeting: Gibbs said, "You're a man now. If you wanna remain on this team you'll start showing up."

I agree. I don't think Gibbs is holding these guys as accountable as he should be. He needs to start pulling guys or screaming at them when they mess up. I don't think this nice guy routine works when you have a whole bunch of guys who think they are stars. Stop coddling this team and start kicking some ass...oh yeah...and bench Mark Brunell!
