Inspiration doesn't always come from a QB. It's a huge myth in football that the QB is always the leader of the team.

In fact anyone who's been associated with organized football will tell you most players can't stand their QB.

I 'm not sure if this is true. But the bottom line is that great dynasty-type teams (49ers, Patriots, Cowboys) typically are remembered for the QBs. I kow there are exceptions (Gibbs Act I). Still, I'd like to see us have a franshise QB. Campbell might be that, but we'll never know if he's inactive every game. The Giants are on the right path with E. Manning.

Also, you don't have to like or dislike the QB in order to have a sense of confidence in his ability to lead the offense.
