Carter just isnt being used correctly, I think he would thrive in the 3-4. He's better when he starts the play upright. We don't have many athletes on our defense, we lack speed, that is something he brings to the table. You have to admit he is making some plays.

I dont think changing into a 3-4 is the answer. And he did play 3-4 last year with SF, and he didnt put up great numbers.

I just say give him time, and let's see what happens. Let the D gel.
