Unfortunately, the draft will be hard on Washington too as the front office has been squandering high round draft picks for players.

I really wish that Vinnie Cerrato was shown the door, and get a real GM get into the front office. I am surprised that with all the additions that have been done to the coaching staff, that Joe Gibbs has not expanded the front office staff and scouting dept.

The people who evaluate the talent for the team, and lets players like Pierce, Clark, Harris, Bailey,Smoot etc. is ridiculous. What has bothered me is the way the Skin's front office has disrespected players during negotiations, that players want to leave the team at all costs.
