Maybe if TO didnt talk all that trash midseason instead of after the season was over they would have felt guilty for what they've done but Im sure once they noticed the technicality they were laughing like hyenas

The 49ers got a second rounder out of the deal, so I'd say they handled their business properly and this is a business, not a nice guy contest. TO and his agent blew it and now they're trying to whine and blame someone else, or at least TO is. He should just admit he screwed up, take a deep breath, be grateful that he's being paid millions to play a game, and accept his dreadful fate. Bottom line though ... he's a great WR and I'm glad he's not coming to our neighborhood.
