If kids want to throw rocks, they have to be ready for a beatdown in return.
Here in the states, you throw rocks at someone, and the police catch you, you get charged with assault. If you throw rocks at someone and the police are not around, a lot of people will try to kick your ass. I don't see anything wrong here. They threw rocks, they took a beating. Big deal. They'll live.
