Yeah, I just got coaxed back to my old job with a small raise and a few more freedoms... but during the entire negotiation/interview they kept telling me how they expected my production to increase since the incentives were increasing....

I finally told the GM... "Listen man, you called me to come back... don't start raising an eyebrow. I worked here for years before and you know what I bring to the table. If you don't think I'm worth it we can stop wasting our time right now, but I work in performance based pay-scale, so I don't get paid if you dont get paid... so are you seriously trying to motivate me beyond the dollars with this little pep-talk?"

He laughed and told me I hadn't changed much, and that was a good thing...

The relevance here is that I can't stand interviewers who have a scripted bunch of questions that they ask everyone and go over the same speech no matter what the hell the situation and relevance is...
