So, you criticize my criticism, yet you offer no solutions? Joe Gibbs has cost this team the future in draft picks and free agency. I could live with that if he put a winner on the field, but then he takes the field and makes horrible play calls and clock management. Its easy to ride the fence, its much harder to take a stand. Ive had it. Gibbs should go, bring on Russ Grim. |

Dear Jackass, Joe Gibbs wanted to bring in Al Saunders, not Dan Snyder. Joe Gibbs has total control of this team. It was Gibbs decision to bring in Brunell, trade a draft pick for Brunell, and to stand by Brunell. It was Gibbs decision to wait till now to bring in JC. It was Gibbs decision to give Williams the go ahead to get whomever he wanted aka Archuletta. It was Gibbs decision to do EVERYTHING because Dan has given him total control! JOE GIBBS is to blame for the state of the Redskins people!!! |

All of this let's blame Al Saunders one week, Gregg Williams the next is absurd. This is Joe Gibbs' team, and like I said earlier I'm really starting to wonder if this team believes in the coaching staff anymore. |

Re: Im done....Gibbs must go.
It's not knee jerk, in my opinion. I honestly don't know what we should do.
Last year we were saying if we could just get the offense to come around, because the defense is set. And now it seems the defense has disappeared this year. They miss tackles and have a penchant for giving up big plays. But you know what, at the end of the day one thing is certain, this team isn't responding to this coaching staff. Whether it be tackling, scheme, clock management, personnel decisions....it all traces back to the staff. This team isn't responding to this staff. |

You gotta love this knee-jerk threads. Makes ya wonder if we have posters here who suffer from manic depression.

Re: Im done....Gibbs must go.
So what do we do? Can Gibbs and start over at square one? Because that's what would happen. New coach = new players & new philosophy. Then all of a sudden Campbell might be the next Ramsey because he's not the hand picked guy of the new coach.
Starting over isn't the answer. We need to go back to the drawing board to figure out how to get this fixed, with this core of coaches and this core of players. |

Will you agree that its time to get a quality GM to oversee free agency and the draft? |

We've done fine in the draft, we just never have any picks. We don't NEED a GM, but we do NEED to change the way we approach roster building. If getting a GM is the best way to do that, lets see it.

Im so very sorry. The first individual was "mentally challenged" not retarded, that was inappropriate and Im sorry. The second individual had the intellect of a donkey. Again, my mistake. Go Hilary!
