To be honest I agree. I didn't like the pick at first because he had been going up against inferior competition and nothing really stood out to me as #1 pick material aside from being intelligent. It was just a bad draft to have the #1 pick in. In last year's draft he probably would have been the 4 QB taken, in the 2nd round like you suggest. He still hasn't shown anywhere near what I expect out him except that 4th quarter last Thursday.
