Re: Would cutting Brunnel boost JC's confidence?

I think that we SHOULD cut Brunell but bring in someone a little younger than Brunell but better than Collins because I really do not think that Campbell will be productive enough to last the entire year next year.

I hope that the quaterback Gods comes and help JC out during the offseason and he comes in next year slinging it like P. Manning but right now he is more like E. Manning and I would like some protection against him totally flubbing it next year. Collins nor Brunell is very good protection[/quote]

that is by far the most ignorant post i have ever seen. this is why i stay away from here now there are too many people here who know aboslutely nothing about football and say some of damn dumbest things. JC is right where he needs to be at this point every game he has played we have been in and maybe could have won if it had not been for that sorry defense. Brunell is a team guy and would serve as a good mentor to JC.

Truthfully, I'd take Campbell over Manning all day long.

I don't Campbell has thrown a pick in like three weeks.

Campbell and Eli are both being hindered by a low completion % right now. In fact, this year they have been nearly the same player. (staistically, projected over the same # of starts)

Campbell doesn't have that goofy look on his face though.

Exactly. Not only is he essentially a first year quarterback, but he went from third string (inactive) to starting. Which is a difficult task to do because as the third string you hardly, if ever, work with the starting unit.

So his progress really has been on the fly.

not playing that bad when all things are taken into consideration. and i really hope campbell and the recievers do a whole lot of work together in the off season. that completion percentage has to be in or around 60%

Ignorance is thnking that your opinion is more surpreme than anyone elses and your display of anger over a post does not bode well for your intelligence either

I do not know a lot about a lot of things but football is certainly not one of them.
